BANNED & CHALLENGED BOOK READERS UNITE!
Books are banned all over the country for various reasons. The goal of a Public Library is to celebrate our freedom to read and the open access to information. We invite you to celebrate your freedom to read with others! New and returning members are always welcome. Upcoming book titles will be announced the evening of Banned Book Club to attendees. It will then be available the following day to the general public. Click here for a listing of all the Banned Book Club Selections to date! The Banned Book Club is currently meeting as a hybrid of in-person and virtual. Meetings are in the Main Library auditorium OR please email asills@leecountync.gov for your personal invite to participate virtually!

THE ORIGINAL LEE READERS BOOK CLUB!
The Lee Readers are now meeting at the library in person on the 4th Tuesday at 4:30 PM in the auditorium of the Main Library. Book title is announced at previous meeting and available upon request at the library circulation desk or can be placed on hold through the library catalog. Join us for a fun book talk and bring your friends!
The Lee Readers meet in-person on the 4th Thursday of the month at 4:30 PM.
NOVEL IDEA BROADWAY BOOK CLUB
Readers gather at the Broadway Novel Idea Book Club on the last Thursday of the month to review several Book Review Chat at 4:00 pm. Readers are encouraged to bring at least one book title read in the last month. Reviews will be included in the "Novel Idea Book Club Guide at the Broadway Library. Light refreshments will be served along with an entertaining book talk, so bring your friends!
Novel Idea Book Club will resume this summer! Look for more information as we get closer to the start of Summer Reading 2022.
